HOW IT WORKS:
TELL US ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT
Tell us more about your product(s), so we can send you an accurate quote.
DELIVER OR DROP OFF
Deliver the products to us or drop them off at our studio in North Hollywood.
* Client is responsible for delivery and return fees. Please include a return label if you want your products shipped back.
WE TAKE THE PICS
We take the photos and send them to you via DropBox. At this stage, photos will be watermarked and unedited.
2. You pick all of the photos you’d like to purchase and email us back your list.
3. Once we receive your list, we will start the editing/retouching process to make sure your photos look perfect!
4. Once we’re done editing your photos, we will send them back to you for final approval. Photos will still be watermarked.
* Typical turnaround time for this process is 4-5 business days. Rush fees will apply if you need them sooner.
Once all of the photos are approved, we will send an invoice payable through all major credit cards, cash, PayPal, or Venmo. When full payment is made, we will immediately send you a DropBox link containing ALL high-resolution jpeg images for you to download. These images will not contain any watermarks and will be ready for use. NOTE: We cannot release any RAW or layered files.
If you'd like the physical products returned, you would be responsible for any shipping costs or arranging a representative to pick up. Any items not picked up within one month will be discarded.
* Full balance is payable via all major credit cards, cash, PayPal, or Venmo. 3.5% processing fee applies to all payments except cash. Remaining balance must be paid before we can release all of the photos.
